Humanity First Model™
I believe how we show up with one another matters.
The Humanity First Model™ names the philosophy I developed over time, inviting dignity and curiosity as essential to healthy relationships and interactions.
Rooted in the belief that being seen and heard is a fundamental human right, it reflects a commitment to equity that begins in everyday interactions. It is not a program, process, or method, but a way of being in relationship—one that continues to shape my writing, speaking, leadership, and work across communities.
This philosophy informed the founding of Leading for Children (LFC) and continues to guide the organization’s and my work today.
