When I finally made the decision to leave the security of my full-time job, Judy coached me in developing a strategy to succeed as a freelance writer and consultant. With her excellent suppport, I exceeded my goal in less than a year.

She is an expert planner and organizer, able to break down big ideas into smaller and more manageable parts, and propose ways to address them with a timeline and small goals along the way.
Program Administrator

Judy has an amazing knack for analyzing situations, separating reality from perceptions, and then getting people to determine next steps.

As your coach, I will help you clarify and refine your goals and together we will identify the steps to reach them.

The coaching relationship may be as short as two sessions to target a specific issue or more long term, depending on your needs. As we work together, I will listen carefully and ask reflective questions so we have a clear and shared understanding of your situation and your goals. At times I may offer suggestions that lead you to greater clarity and direction and at other times I may help you observe that in fact, you are gaining insights and taking strides.

As we work together, you will receive:
  • Focused conversations that advance you toward your desired results
  • Tools you can use personally and professionally to go beyond the limits you may have self-imposed.
  • Strategies for managing situations in ways that keep your "cup of energy" filled rather than feeling depleted much of the time.
I work with people in many different roles dealing with a wide range of issues including:
  • A program administrator whose focus was: How can I get my staff to accept change?
  • A corporate executive who needed assistance with this issue: My staff operates as individuals and their jobs overlap. What steps do I need to take to get them to function as a team?
  • A teacher whose concern was: I want to improve my work with children but what are the steps that I need to take?
  • A colleague who asked: I want to make a job change. How do I begin?
